Eggs are a very important in building cells in the tissue of your eyes. The eggs we buy in the store are not the highest quality eggs. A real egg has a very important fatty acid called DHA in it that build this tissue. A real egg has about 200 to 400 milligrams of this DHA. Make-believe supermarket eggs have only about 18 milligrams of DHA. If you don’t get enough DHA then your body tries to make the cell tissue out of whatever it can find. DHA is lacking in our modern diets and causing numerous dysfunction in our bodies. A real egg also contains ten times the vitamin E of an egg in the grocery store.
And worse, these eggs are loaded with pesticides, hormones, antibiotics and many other toxins. We have all heard by now how modern day chickens are raised in pens with no sunlight. Instead of being able to eat bugs, worms, pigweed, dandelions and other live food they are fed toxic diets and then need to have antibiotics the rest of their lives just to stay alive. Ninety percent of these chickens have cancer by the time they are slaughtered. The eggs that are produced are not as healthy as eggs from other kinds of chickens. If you are able to buy organic eggs, they can do wonders for wrinkles.
